What you can expect from us:

Join our Agile Core Team and support development teams at different stages of their journey. Together, we improve collaboration, strengthen self-organised ways of working and explore how AI and automation can make our work more effective. Our Agile Core Team is part of IT and currently consists of four colleagues, with plans to grow to seven. We work in a hybrid setup with 1–2 days on-site per week.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support new, maturing and established teams based on their individual needs and challenges
  • Track and interpret flow metrics to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen delivery
  • Analyse team challenges, stakeholder needs, dependencies and blockers across teams
  • Set up new teams, including roles, ceremonies, ways of working and tooling
  • Coach individuals and teams on agile ways of working, role clarity and effective collaboration
  • Facilitate conflicts, strengthen psychological safety and support teams through organisational change
  • Partner with management to address structural challenges and identify automation potential within team workflows and Agile Master practices

What we would like from you:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in agile environments, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting agile ways of working, facilitation and continuous improvement
  • Agile Expertise: Experience supporting well-established, newly formed and maturing teams
  • Coaching skills: Experience coaching individuals and teams and supporting people through change
  • People skills: The ability to recognise and address both visible and less obvious conflicts and support people through challenging situations
  • Working style: Collaborative, creative and analytical, with a structured approach and strong prioritisation skills
  • Self-awareness: Self-reflective, open to different perspectives and interested in organisational dynamics and how they influence delivery 
  • Team spirit: A collaborative mindset and motivation to actively contribute to the development of the Agile Core Team
  • Language: Fluent German and strong English communication skills
